No-Shows • Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged 100% of the service total. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may still apply. Emergencies We understand that life happens.
